Accidentally ate onsen egg

Hello mummies to be. I’m on W7 (first trimester) and i accidentally ate an onsen egg yesterday for dinner. I’m actually feeling slight cramps today 😩 I’m worried something’s happening to baby 😢😢 Have anyone ate onsen egg during first tri and is ok??

Onsen eggs aren’t recommended in the first trimester due to Salmonella risk. Pregnant women are more vulnerable to infections, which can cause complications. Stick to fully cooked or pasteurized eggs. If you accidentally ate one or two, don’t worry—the risk is low if they were fresh. Watch for painful cramps, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea, and see a doctor if needed. Stay hydrated and choose fully cooked eggs next time.

slight cramps is fine. Don't think so much and just be more careful of what you eat next time
