Is this normal?

Me! My first pregnancy no symptoms. Went for my 1st check up, do ultrasound all we can see is gestational sac. We were asked to do transvaginal scan, same thing can't see anything just the sac. But 2 weeks after, I had a miscarriage. 😔Maybe baby still small to see.

Me. Usually week 5 is too small, not surprising cannot see anything. But gynae can detect pregnancy symptoms Via ultrasound, looking at your uterus condition.
