morning sickness

Am 10 weeks pregnant. Got this huge morning sick. Been sick like forever. Dizziness,loss of taste,loss of appetite,I do not have energy in every I do even to walk,i breath heavily and i sleep like almost 24hrs. Is this normal?

Its normal.. but if you feel too uncomfortable, always good to seek gynae's advise
