I had my first meltdown yesterday night. I felt that the first trimester is making me feel so worst.

Totally understand. The emotional hormones rollercoaster was really bad for me too. Anything can just trigger me to cry and even be over sensitive. I find that penning my thoughts on a journal helps! At least i understand what and how it affects me. Be kind to yourself mama. Don’t blame yourself for the meltdown as it’s the hormones which is to blamed. Try talking it out with your spouse and seek encouragement from him. Trust me, this too shall pass. Maybe you don’t see it now but you’ll go through it braver and stronger. You got this! 💪🏼

First trimester feels like having a stomach flu or food poisoning that never recovers and still have to work and worst of all have to hide the symptoms from friends and colleagues and have to suffer alone. Terrible experience! But hang in there! Get a prescription from your doctor if it gets real bad! Diclectin helped with my nausea. Do more of the things or eat things you like occasionally to cheer yourself up! I ate ice cream and chocolate whenever I feel real terrible! As long as in moderation, don't deprive yourself!

What’s bothering you? Is it something non pregnancy related? If it’s because of feeling unwell during the first trimester, it may go away once you enter the second trimester. Seek support from fam and friends. Your well-being is so important. Take care 🌻
Hang in there babe! I totally totally feel you! This is my first pregnancy and first trimester really knocked me out 100%. Try to take it day by day and trust me once you stepped into 2nd trim, you’ll feel a whole lot better! Youre strong!
Hang in there!! Whenever I have nausea I just try to be thankful that if my bb is growing well then it’s worth it, it’ll pass! If you’re tired and headachey just rest more and for nausea eat light or sour food that will help!
