29 Weeks Twins - Pubic Region Pain

As of at 6pm, had a sudden sharp pain lasting for less than 5 seconds at the pubic region. Had it again (thrice in total for a few secs each time) for a couple of secs throughout the 2.5 hours. Can still feel babies moving as of now. Should I be concerned?
