1. Mummies, how long was your confinement and how long you waited before you wash your hair? Anything to share regarding confinement that you believe is effective or useful?
30days confinement, only bath with herbal bath when coming to an end of it. No plain water basically, drink red dates++ water.
28 days.. able to shower daily from head to toe with herbs.. drink red date water and plain water too.. not much restrictions
My confinement was 30days and I washed hair after I was discharged. Wash my hair everyday.
28 day to 30 day Wait for 2 weeks aft ur birth better u wont have headaches next time.
