Hello mummies. Have anyone here hired confinement nanny before, from where and how was your experience? How did you arrange your sleeping arrangement? Appreciate to hear from all of you :)

she slept with my baby in another room and we placed CCTV focusing on baby and partially of nanny bed where can see her feeding baby and tending to changed diapers. works out well! either can source from word of mouth or agency. so far Pem is good although must scrutinise the terms and condition to see if suits you and husband
