15 weeks Day 2, BP rendah, weight rendah, ada mama yang sama weight?

Before pregnant 39kg, 1st trimester 35.2kg, now entering 2nd trimester i am 35.9kg. Worry or not to worry? #firsttimemom #firstbaby #ingintahu

My weight 1st tri was 35kg, now 17w 37kg and doc will schedule me to meet dietician soon. My bp is normal, hb also ok last check was 12.7.. I think if your weight still not much diff, doc will schedule you to meet dietician as well

I minum karihome mama, 3 scoop per glass. kalau ikut tin 5scoop. I minum 3, ok jugak. Hb ok. minum Dari awal pregnant

Pregnancy milk powder, drink or not to drink?

Love to have a cup of hot beverage before sleep. Fresh milk is good but have to keep it cold. So, think of milk powder.. Do you drink everyday? If yes, what is the brand best recommended? Low fat? low sugar? A2 protein? With probiotics or etc... I am starving!!

Average in every 2 hours, i started to feel hungry. Is that hallucination or what? Do i need so much of food? #firsttimemom #firstbaby #earlypregnancy

its normal. you can try to change your diet to a high fibre foods to make you feel full longer. and try to have some healthy snackings (fruits, nuts, yogurt etc) if you still hungry. or, you can try lower your food intake but eat frequently every 2 hours

the pregnancy is still early, implantation process just happened. it's advised to have a good rest & avoid heavy exercise/lifting due to its fragility. if u still want to do some exercise, it's best to ask ur doctor or just do light yoga/walking around the house. bcs sometimes if u overdo/u got tired, it can cause spotting/bleeding & it can harm ur pregnancy.
