Hi mummies , I have a dispenser for my little one but I can’t seem to find the settings number for the formula . I have email them few times however they never reply me . Does anyone happen to know the settings to set up for milk brand dulac stage 1 🥹

Salonpas for backache ?

Hi mommies , I’m coming to 32 weeks now and my backache is bad . I wonder if I can put on salonpas regardless the normal or the hot one . Would appreciate if anyone can advice me 😭

If i not wrong its not safe. Mayb u shld double check with ur gynae.. take care!! 8 more wks!

Discomfort and pains

Hi mothers ! I recently just enter my second trimester however my back pain and stomach cramps can be quite bad . I took panadol however it didn’t ease the pain . This has disturb my sleep at night , I really hope there’s something else I can do about it . Appreciate if anyone can share to me what are the other ways I can do to lessen the pain 🙏

If the pain is unbearable or intense, i suggest to go to hospital or contact your gynae. From my experience, i only experience moderate back pain and light cramps. And yes panadol doesnt really help.
