Salonpas for backache ?

Hi mommies , I’m coming to 32 weeks now and my backache is bad . I wonder if I can put on salonpas regardless the normal or the hot one . Would appreciate if anyone can advice me 😭

Nope. Can’t use salonpas! I think it’s also stated on the packing that it’s not safe for preg. I just use Ru Yi oil😂😂
