Hye mommies.. Ad yg boleh share tips elak muntah lepas minum air gula? Minggu lepas dah minum air gula tp muntah balik lepas 5 min minum.. 😢 Tq mommies

Aww sabar ya! A few of my mum friends yang muntah air gula cakap the trick is minum slow-slow, sikit-sikit, instead of one go, macam sip every few minutes lebih tolerable untuk stomach. Some of us also makan something light before, like a few crackers or banana, so perut tak empty sangat, and try minum it at room temperature instead of cold sebab cold drink sometimes trigger the nausea more. If muntah lagi pada attempt seterusnya, better check with your doctor okay, bcos sometimes ada medical reason behind it, like GDM sensitivity or something else yang kena monitor. You've got this, mama!

Tips elak kembung perut 7w pregnant

Hye.. Boleh tak share tips macam mna nak elakkan kembung perut semasa hamil.. Tq mommies

Aih, bloating tu memang sikit menyakitkan kan masa pregnant, especially early weeks! A few of us try tengok portion size, kecil-kecil tapi frequent meals work better than heavy ones, pastu avoid gas-producing foods like cabbage, beans, and carbonated drinks la. Minum plenty of water, jaga fibre intake (tapi jangan tiba-tiba banyak), and try light walking after meals, honestly it helps! Some mum friends swear by ginger tea or peppermint, and wearing loose, comfortable clothes juga make a difference sebab tak tekan perut. Hope it gets better soon, take care!
