FOR CS MUMS: WEARING OF BINDER

Hello mga mummmmiieess, first time mum here.. anyone po na kagaya ko? 3 weeks ko pa lang after ops, tinanggal ko binder ko. Ang init kasi sa tyan, although sometimes medyo masakit pa rin... managaeable naman. Worried lang ako, meron pa 'yong pooch ko, at mga marks. Huhu. Any advice? Bale 6 weeks na ako sa postpartum phase.

Oh, I did not stop wearing my binder until 8 months post partum. may loose belly ako pero maliit lang, nakakapag swim suit ako ng matiwasay :) Ako kasi talagang tiniis ko mag binder para sa figure. Mas confident kasi ako ng naisusuot ko yung mga damit ko nung dalaga ako.

Ako dati natry ko Kay baby ko sweet baby, Huggies ,eq,pampers .. ok nmn Sila Kasi madalas nag leak Kay baby kapag Puno na, nag try Ako non nirecommend smin Happy Super dry and hiyang na hiyang Kay baby never Siya nag ka rushes and maganda very affordable pa price Niya Lalo kung ung 30pads bilhin mo mas makakatipid ka kesa sa 12pads :)

SOFTDRINKS DURING PREGNANCY

Hello mga mamsh, first time mom here and currently on my 14th week of pregnancy. Ask ko lang po if meron bang tulad ko na nakakaexperience din ng desire uminom ng softdrinks like Pepsi? Minsan kasi naiinom po ako lalo na kapag sobrang lamig, tapos sasamahan pa ng food cravings ko. Satisfying sa feeling kasi nakakakain ako.
