Use breast pump or nipple Sheild for temporary solving the problem . Then give Ur nipple . I was also facing same problem when baby latch properly problem will solve

You are turning 3rd trim. So will have pressure on pelvic area. Pretty common, on the 8-10m, you feel feel more pressure. Because your belly is getting lower n lower. Just in case, if you don’t feel right. Make a appointment with gynae asap.
