I'm am 9weeks and 3 days. For a few days I have been appalled by almost all soild foods. All I want is ice and something cold to drink. Any tips or help?

Try to get something into the system even if it's fluids like Milo. But the mother's body should produce enough nutrients for the baby I have friends who vomitted for well into second trimester, but their babies turn out healthy and happy babies! Try to catch up on nutrition as soon as you feel better!

Is anyone's sense of smell off? Example: my fiance was boiling eggs and it smelt exactly like a slim jim(the beef jerky stick) and I normally hate those things, but it smelt sooooo good

Same I was called a mouse as a kid but now it makes me nauseas when I eat it

Does anyone have issues with swollen tonsils or tonsil stones? I didn't have the stones till after I got pregnant but have always had swollen tonsils a few times a year.

Im almost 10 weeks pregnant and I've noticed my gag reflex is way worse than before. Blowing my nose to hard and I puke. Or coughing and gaging. Brushing my teeth and dry heaving for a few minutes... anyone else like this?

Its absolutely normal. These are all hormonal changes.

I have been experiencing a lot of lower abdominal pain and stretching. No matter the position I'm in its there. It helps when I empty my bladder or have a bm. But just won't stop. Any advice?
