Kelas Antenatal

Hi, kandungan saya dah 5 bulan. Berminat nak join kelas antenatal utk persediaan since ni kandungan pertama saya. Ada sesiapa ada cadangan tempat dan harga? Thank youu #bantusharing #pleasehelp

Congratulations sa kandungan pertama! I'd say memang bagus nak join kelas antenatal, especially since ni first time, a few of my mum friends did it and they felt so much more prepared for labour and breastfeeding. Normally hospital clinics offer free or very cheap classes (maybe RM20-50 per session), and private hospitals or birthing centres charge more, around RM100-300 per class depending on what's included. Best tip is call your hospital or clinic directly to ask their schedule and fees, or check with your OB-GYN pasal apa dia recommend since dia tahu your pregnancy best.
