Morning sickness

I'm on My 6 week. Second pregnancy, never had this kind of nausea feeling the whole day 😑 can't eat anything. 🤮🤮 What to do?

I read about it somewhere, try 6 small meals instead of 3 meals each day. I hope you feel better soon!

MORNING SICKNESS

Hi I'm on my second pregnancy , but my morning sickness is way too bad and nausea feeling the whole day, Any idea what to do about it? 🤮 #morningsickness

Hi! Speak to your doctor if you have persistent vomiting. your gynea might prescribe you with meds if it is serious. Otherwise it helps a lot if you can still contonue with your prenatal vitamins. and if the taste affect you deeply, you may take it before your sleep. These trick might help: - dry biscuits (due to not having smell) - nutritious fluids e.g. soy milk, cows milk. Get it flavoured if it helps you mask the smell. - soups - ginger drink Reflux could worsen nausea, so it does help to take even a small bite through the day! good luck!
