How to induced labor or dilate cm?

38weeks and 6 days today 1cm pa lang kahapon upon checking ni Ob. Trying to undergo VBAC hindi ako pwede umabot ng 40weeks pag umabot na ng 40weeks mapipilitan kami ics ako. Ayoko na umabot sa cs since medyo matagal ang healing process and my 1st born dn ako na need intindihin at paalis si Hubby this May 18 pasakay ng cruise line. Currently nagtatake ako ng primrose oil (insert) Walking,squatting and akyat baba ng stairs ang exercise ko. Kanina nakakafeel ako ng pain sa lower right ng abdomen ko masundot sundot na pain na medyo intense Ano pa ba pwede ko gawin? Medyo nasstress na ko. 😅 baka my pwede maka help saken or any tips?

Mama, I really think you need to call your OB right away about that sharp pain you're feeling, hindi normal yan, and you're so close na to your due date na Please don't wait, okay? Better safe than sorry, especially with VBAC. I get the stress, a few of us mums din nag-aim for natural labor close to deadline, but honestly, your doctor knows your situation best (the previous CS, the timing with hubby leaving). You're already doing the good stuff: walking, squatting, primrose oil. Pero yung pain mo ngayon, that needs checking talaga. Talk to your OB about your concerns, about the 40-week limit, the timing, lahat. They might have safe options you haven't heard of yet. Stress won't help labor anyway, so let your doctor carry some of that worry with you, mama. You're not alone in this

Mga mamsh baka my naka panganak na dito sa Bicutan Medical Center, may I know the nsd package nila? Hindi kasi sila nag answer sa inquiries ko. Thankssss

Center, ang tagal nila sumagot sa inquiries! A few of us moms tried calling multiple times bago kami nakakuha ng response, so don't feel bad. Best shot mo talaga is to visit in person or ask if may Facebook page sila where you can message directly, kasi sometimes mas mabilis sila mag-reply doon than sa phone. If you get through, ask specifically for their NSD package breakdown including anesthesia, hospital stay, and post-natal care kasi sometimes hindi complete ang sinasabi nila sa phone.

Sino na po dito nakapag process ng legitimation ng kanilang LO? May I know how much is the process and kung totoo ba na mas mahabang time na illegitimate si LO is mas malaki ang babayaran? Any tips mga mommies sa pag transition from breastfeed to bottle feed (breastmilk pa din naman) 3mons old na si LO magbaback to work na ko, wfh pero madalas naka zoom meeting ako kaya gusto ko sana ibottle feed na. I'm going to donate my baby's preloved newborn clothes, unused feeding bottles (2 sets of Fisher price for 0 months to 3mons, di rin niya gusto saka pure breastfeed), baby wash (assorted brand, di hiyang si baby), and 1 pack of Similac 0months to 6mons. Manila area or near manila lang sana.

Ano po ba mas maganda and convenient for family planning? Pills, injectables or implant? Cs mom po ako, I just gave birth last Sept 20. Tinatanong ako ni Ob kung ano mas prefer ko sa 3 nabanggit. Kayo po ba mga mamsh? Any thoughts or advice? #Familyplanning

Mga Mommies kelan kayo nagstart mag buy ng mga baby things? 19weeks here, I already know the gender and just started to buy the newborn clothes and bird's eye (lampin), sinabihan ako ng lola ko na wag na muna since mag 5months pa lang daw baka daw mabugok? Gusto ko na sana maunti unti habang di pa ko hirap mag ikot ikot. Kayo po ba ilan months kayo nagstart mamili?

Ako din nga gusto ko na bumili ng mga gamit ni baby. Kaso may mga kasabihan. So wala nman mawawala kung susunod na lang ako. 😊😊.. I'm 24 weeks preggy... Pero balak ko itong june na ako bibili.,
