Any reviews on caregiver Asia’s confinement lady services?

I was fed up with Nanny services, Sometime we have to wait. But Try on FB mummy groups. You may find a good recommended one.

Soaking red dates in Dom

Any one drinks this during confinement? My mum is saying she needs to start soaking now for 6 months. This is the first time I’m hearing this.

Only drank longan red date tea. Not soaked in dom though

Do we need to engage a paediatrician upon giving birth?

My mum asked me if I engaged a PD. Said when she gave birth to me, her gynae asked where the PD was. Is there this need? #1stimemom

i gave birth at tmc. my gynae suggested a pd for me.

Tired of being nauseous

It’s week 12. I’ve been trying to eat small regular meals, drinking water when I can. It’s still frustrating and tiring that im still vomiting my guts out almost every night. When I didn’t vomit for 2 days, I thought the worst is over. The next 2 days, the vomiting came back with a vengeance. How long more will this go on. So tired of vomiting.

Hang on! It will definitely get better! 😊 I also vomited a lot from week 8 onwards.. Now week 18 and it really gets better! Don't really vomit already! Celebrate on the small wins and take it day by day and keep a happy heart :) I think it helped when I drank sour drinks.. At least when the mouth taste bitter, there's smth to neutralise the taste...

Week 11 and sight cramps

Is it normal? I suddenly experience slight cramps on my lower right abdomen. The kind of pain when you want to go toilet but it’s stuck? Just saw the gynae yesterday and my baby is fine. Should i worry?

nothing to worry about it gynae says it’s ok… you’ll feel many random pains throughout the pregnancy

Anyone experienced a sudden pain in the abdomen when u coughed?

Yes is best to hold on ur lower belly while coughing

Burpy and farty

I have lots of air and an always farting. Sometimes when I’m feeling nauseous and try to purge I end up with just burping out air and feel much better after. Anyone experience the same? #firsttrimester

Herbal Hair Treatment for 1st trimester

Issit safe to go? I have a current herbal anti hair loss treatment. Im unsure if it’s safe to go since it’s herbal treatment though. Any thoughts?

just avoid to be safe, at least until second trimester. must weigh which is more important
