Week 11 and sight cramps

Is it normal? I suddenly experience slight cramps on my lower right abdomen. The kind of pain when you want to go toilet but it’s stuck? Just saw the gynae yesterday and my baby is fine. Should i worry?

nothing to worry about it gynae says it’s ok… you’ll feel many random pains throughout the pregnancy
