pumping lesser thn 10ml of breast milk

Hello mummys, is there any way i can boost up my breastmilk? ive tried lactation milk.. pumping breast every 3 hrs.. but only 10ml pumped for both breasts.. im 2 weeks post partum.. #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Compression socks after C Sect

Help first time mom with Type 2 DM

Hello Anyone here has Type 2 diabetic and went thru pregnancy with it before? doctor said that my baby is 1.8 kg which is big for 29 weeks which is normally 1.2kg.. any advices or anyone with similar experiences? please do share.. #firstbaby #1stimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls

I know some of my relatives have diabetic and their babies are all bigger in size… but they got a healthy baby! Dont worry too much i guess its fine…

wheezing at night 26 weeks

is it normal to wheeze at night? i even met the doctor and she just said my belly is growing .. hence it makes me hard to breathe.. i even adjusted my pillows and position it is just hard for me to sleep. help!

Hey mama, I found that sleeping on my left helped :) You could try paying more attention to your posture during the day and deep breathing techniques when you get the chance to (e.g. belly breathing) and taking it easy. I dont feel pregnant at 2nd trimester

I'm Diabetic and Pregnant

hello this is my first pregnancy i am 15 weeks and i am diabetic even before pregnant and people are all telling me this and that making me paranoid.. does anyone here who has diabetic still have healthy pregnancy and smooth delivery? any advices? 😢

Dun worry too much! My gynae suspects i have diabetes before i was pregnant as well because of an early glucose test that he called for. Im now going on wk 24 now! He referred me to endocrine doctor and i have to prick my fingers and take my reading every day (3-6 times). Recommending me to take insulin hoping that i can take in more nutrients as well because i am quite controlled and cautious of what i am taking 😂

Bleeding is not normal while pregnant. Pls see a dr/gynae.
