20 weeks preggy po ako now, ano po pwde gawin if masakit talaga ulo natin? Biogesic lg and water natatake ko pero parang di tumatalab.

Sa akon din di tumatalab biogesic 2x ako nag try. Sleep lang sa madilim na lugar effective sa akin. Tapos nag kool fever ako kahit wala naman ako lagnat.

Mommies meron ba dito anemic sa cbc? May meds na ako bigay ni ob. Tanong ko lg sa inyo mi sa experience nyo ano supplements nyo for anemia?

may tendency talaga magka anemia sa CBC habang buntis, lalo na dahil mas dumadami ang blood volume natin. Kaya madalas nireresetahan ng OB ng iron supplements at pinapakain ng iron-rich foods tulad ng karne, atay (in moderation), malunggay, spinach, at beans. Hehe.

Mommies may same po ba dito may leg cramps na, sa likod ng tuhod ko mostly sa right leg ko. Ano kaya pwede ko gawin para malessen yung cramps? 7W2D po ako now.

Had this too on some of my pregnancies po 🥹 What helped me was drinking more water, gentle stretching before sleep, and making sure I’m getting enough magnesium and potassium from food. Minsan nakakatulong din po elevating the legs and avoiding sitting too long 😊 But if sobrang painful, namamaga, or persistent po, better to mention it to your OB just to be safe 💖

Hay, mama, ito talaga ay kailangan mo i-follow up agad with your OB, please don't delay on this one, okay? A pregnancy of unknown location needs close monitoring to make sure everything is safe for you, kaya kailangan ng regular scans at bloodwork. A few of us moms in our group have been through confusing ultrasound results, at ang best advice is really to trust your doctor's guidance and go for your follow-up appointments on schedule, they'll figure out where baby is and what's happening. Praying for you, mama, stay in touch with your OB at laging update them ng any symptoms. You've got this!
