Breastmilk

I'd like to ask for advice please. My baby is now 1 month and 15days, pero konti parin ng pumped milk ko. Though I breastfeed exclusively, pero everytime i.try ko mag pump, konti lang talaga... Konting tulo. Nag sasabaw naman ako everyday, fenugreek capsule, milkboosting tea, ovaltine/milo, gatas, papaya, and warm compress. Breast massage dine. Pero 'bat ganun? Bakit di parin ako mkapump ng maraming milk? Any thoughts?

Milo or Ovaltine?

I've read that Ovaltine has more malt than milo, but Ive noticed that most mothers here drink milo than ovaltine. We're u able to try both?

Pwede ba ipa late register sa apilido sa father after manganak even we're not married? Ayoko kasi apilido niya agad ilagay sa birth cert while nasa hospital, gusto ko ipa late register nlng after ma discharge cguro or a month after. Is that possible?
