Hi nak tanya. Anak sy 1 bulan lbh skrg Dan sy bagi susu formula. Ada few people suggest kena bgi air 1 ounce sbb sf panas. Tapi sy masih ragu2 nak bagi.. Ada mommy bole bgi opinion? #ingintahu #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Big NO.. Baby bwh 6 bulan x boleh minum apa2 kecuali breast milk / formula milk. Air kosong ke apa ke semua X BOLEH. Zaman mak2 kita dulu lain, zaman skarang lain. Zaman skarang baby is very2 fragile. So hope u can listen to the medical expertise next time anything related to ur baby wellbeing.

Susu badan semakin kurang

Hi nak tny. I Baru lps 27 hri bersalin. Semlm bila pump, susu badan semakin kurang. Ada apa2 tips utk tambhkn susu? #ingintahu #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Ahhh common la ni, especially dalam bulan pertama, don't worry! A few of us mums found that pumping jadi kurang sebab supply belum fully established lagi, so kena frequent feeding or pumping (like every 2-3 hours) to signal the body, plus make sure latch okay kalau direct breastfeed. Minum banyak air, makan yang bergizi, dan rest properly sebab exhaustion betul-betul boleh affect supply, my friend swears by this one. Tapi honestly, since you're still very early postpartum, best you check with your midwife or lactation consultant in person to rule out anything else, okay?

Tahniah dulu on the pregnancy! Okay so for GDM, best to choose susu yang low sugar or specifically formulated for gestational diabetes, ada brands macam Anmum Materna GDM or similar yang designed khusus, tapi honestly yang paling penting is to check the label for sugar content and go for the ones tanpa added sugar or very minimal. One of my mum friends kena GDM jugak, dia minum plain low-fat milk or unsweetened plant-based options instead, and combined with smaller portions throughout the day, worked better for her glucose levels. Tapi sebaiknya check dengan your O&G or dietitian first, sebab they can recommend based on your specific numbers and dietary needs, okay?
