FTS scan is done around week13, during this scan, will we be able to know the gender of the baby? Or we have to wait till week 20?

Will only know at week20 unless you opted in for NIPT

Went for second scan in week 10, edd shifted from end nov to early Dec. Is it normal? And doctor says to follow this latest edd even if next week scans have diff edd. 🧐

yes, the edd will always change basing on the baby size and etc..

Lower back pain in first trimester

Hi, I’m in 7w + 6. Second pregnancy. Recently experiencing lower back pain, on and off. The pain kicks in especially after carrying heavy things. Anyone experience the same? And remedies? #advicepls #pregnancy #worryingmom

yes it’s very normal. the growing uterus is pressing on nerves in the limbs. unfortunately it will stay for awhile, so do light stretches and don’t overexert

Hello Felicia! You shouldn’t be carrying heavy stuff especially u are currently at e early stage of pregnancy.. I do experienced e same but not when carrying heavy things. I was told by doctors it was because my body are trying to make space and getting prep for baby to “live” in therefore will feel backache.. You can try using heat pad for a few hours (pls paste on your clothes not body) to relax e aching back muscle but of course best to check with your gynae first. Take care yah! 😊
