Usia kehamilan 5 minggu

Nak tanya, saya dah jumpa doctor. Doctor kata light cramp and light spotting tu normal if darah mcm brown2 pada awal kehamilan. Tp tidak di beri ubat kuatkan kandungan. Today ada light spotting tp warna soft red. Ada pendapat tak? First time pregnant, setiap benda saya risau😞

Aih, understandable la sikit-sikit risau masa first time pregnant, semua orang camtu! Since your doctor dah check you and confirm light spotting tu normal (especially kalau colouring changes from brown ke light red), that's actually reassuring, tapi I know easier said than done when it's your baby kan. A few of my mum friends went through the same at early weeks and everything turned out fine, tapi since you're still worried about the colour change, best la you call your doctor again just to confirm, doctors tak kisah kalau you call, memang they expect it from first-time mums. In the meantime, try to rest, jangan angkat berat, and do things that calm your mind, I found it helped to distract myself when anxiety creeps in. You're doing great, mama.

Nak tanya. Sy ada buat self test dan dpt result positive. Dah jumpa dr and dr ckp kemungkinan saya hamil 4weeks + selepas dia kira dari tarikh period. Tp dr kata blm dpt scan apa2 sbb usually xnampak lagi kalau baru 4 weeks + ni. Nak tanya, normal ka kalau ada bleeding sikit? If bleeding tu warna fresh blood? Sedikit sahaja
