Im 16 weeks pregnant. Is it normal to feel like you want to shit but when i go to toilet i cannot pass motion. Is it like constipation?

Hi mummies. This is my second pregnancy. I just had a discharge and its like mucus plug. Is it normal for 8 weeks pregnant ? Anyone experience it ?

If it is mucus plug, it will be in clear or off white with slight brownish/red. On the other hand, vaginal discharge would be light yellow or white.

It depends down on your little one and the nutrients/formula contains in both milk. I have been using Similac and because of my first child have difficulty pooping I change to Nan Pro which is way better.

Hi Mummies. Im a first time mummy, is it okay if i keep on giving my child breastfeed ( through bottle) whenever he cry ? The doctor advice to give like 2 to 3 hr feed but he keep wake up and crying for feed every 1 hr. His a premature so any advice?

It’s ok to feed on demand.. but make sure he’s fussing because he is hungry and not because of other reasons

Hi mummies. I have a premature newborn birth at 34 weeks. Now he is 6 days old. When i was warded they give him formula because i cant breastfeed. So now both is home and i can finally breastfeed him. But now his like having difficulty too sleep peacefully he keep on passing gas. Any advice? I'm so worried.

Normally false alarms are not come continuously , if there is gap and if the pain comes upper abdomen means it mostly coz of gastric as I suffered in my 1st pregnancy, actual contractions will comes in more frequent manner you can’t bare it.. and water bag or discharge may happen so those are the signs for your delivery
