Breastfeeding

Hi Mummies. Im a first time mummy, is it okay if i keep on giving my child breastfeed ( through bottle) whenever he cry ? The doctor advice to give like 2 to 3 hr feed but he keep wake up and crying for feed every 1 hr. His a premature so any advice?

It’s ok to feed on demand.. but make sure he’s fussing because he is hungry and not because of other reasons
