it depends on your diet and how much you exercise. start off by slow jogging for the first month, get your foundation right and your stamina right too then you can slowly incorporate body weight training then weights. It took me about 4 months to get my pre body

Anyone down with covid with babies at home? Both Hubs and me down with covid. So afraid that will affect baby

Mask up and practice hygiene. My gal previously was down wif covid at 5m and eventually i got it too.

Leaking Milk at 32 weeks

Yes sounds like it. Just wipe it off, don’t try to express the milk as it may cause contractions and potentially lead to early labor

Amount of care should be ok.. the only concern I would have is being able to sleep with multiple other people and babies in the room 😅

Choosing delivery hospital

Very upset that hubs refused the idea of spending more for private maternity ward package. Really dread recuperating after C-sect with 4-6 other mums and babies and sharing toilet. #1stimemom #advicepls
