Anxiety and Panic Attack

Mga momsh, good afternoon! Nanganak po ako last year CS Aug.2020,but unfortunately dead baby. Eto po January 2021, naexperience ko po anxiety and panic attack first time dahil yung parents ko nag away. Nagpacheck up ako sa doctor niresetahan ako rivotril pero dko po tinake kasi as needed lang naman daw po at nakokontrol ko naman. Kaya lang po yung hilo nalang po sa tag init ang problema ko. Nalululula po ako. 3 mos napo ako may anxiety, takot na din po ako kumain ng kumain dahil naging obese po ako nung inatake po kasi ako umabot sa 140/90 bp ko. Pero ngayon po normal naman. 38 yrs old na po ako. Salamat po.
