Hello momshies.. ask ko lang po how to determine if mosquito or bed bug bite po etong pantal sa lower extremities ni baby. Naka pajama naman po sia pag gabi.. then worried po ako kasi may blister yung isang pantal. Thank you po. #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

No poop for 2 days

normal po mommy lalo at EBF .. yung iba inaabot pa po ng 2weeks hindi dumudumi. dahil sa gatas ng ina walang itinatapon 😊

Hello momshies🥰 pls. Ask po ako help, is it normal to have rashes on the face ang 1 month old baby? If not po, pls help on how to treat it or any natural remedy that you can suggest po. Thank you😘 p.s: baby is using hypoallergenic body & facial wash, even soap for clothes naman po pero bakit nag appear ang rashes?

Nagka rashes din si Baby ko, ganyan yung nangyari sa kanya. Reseta ng Doctor, Momate cream day ang night. 1 day lang kita mo na result mommy 😊

Yes Ma, normal po sa newborn. I used Calmoseptine. Simplest (and effective) way to prevent it is punasan lang po ng basang cotton or baby wash cloth yung cheeks ni baby after niya magbreastfeed.

Carpal Tunnel syndrome

35 weeks pregnant here, anyone knows how to deal and treat carpal tunnel syndrome in a natural way? I have difficulty on my grip and tingling sensation / numbness in my fingers is getting worse. Pls. Help me on what to do. Thank you.

Look for exercises online that can help. One advice by my lola's ortho is to soak my hand in warm water with epsom salt in the morning and before bed.
