Carpal Tunnel syndrome

35 weeks pregnant here, anyone knows how to deal and treat carpal tunnel syndrome in a natural way? I have difficulty on my grip and tingling sensation / numbness in my fingers is getting worse. Pls. Help me on what to do. Thank you.
