I'm 1.63m, originally 45kg. I'm in my 8weeks 6days today, and I gained almost 4kg 😭 Is this too fast? I am so worried I may balloon up too much & too fast.. 😵‍💫

Anyone can share Mount A's c-sect hospital bills? Is't worth it to pay another 1k+ to give birth on public holidays (1st jan), or i should just go for 2nd jan? Since i'm opt-ing c-sect, my window is 27dec 22 to 3jan 23. And, how painful is c-sect with epidural? Am thinking between c-sect epidural vs GA. I had a keyhole ovarian cysts ops in jan22, just 3 small holes, it took me very long to recover (almost a month). And my pain threshold is very low, i will faint literally after an injection. I'm a first timer (i'm 30, hubby 34) at my week 7 today. I went to see gynae today, and she asked me to do research and decide if I'll want to do OSCAR or NIPT next time. Is OSCAR sufficient? My gf personally went OSCAR, but was told that theres some borderline issue, and it might be caused by OSCAR not super super accurate. Ended up she go for NIPT, but 2 weeks of miserable worry. Eventually results were ok, and her son is turning 1 years old in a few days. I'm not sure is her case a one-off kinda case or what. I have yet to pass 12 weeks, hence I did not share my unstable pregnancy (am bleeding, on hormones jabs & daily pills) to others. Week4 i had very bad cramps & headache daily, early week5 i suddenly lost all symptoms. I started popping Dydrogesterone (2 pills/day) since last Thursday (gynae prescribed me since I am having spottings. Yesterday morning I had extreme tummy ache (~1hour) with fainty feel. It was not due to hunger, as I ate heavy breakfast at 930am. The pain & fainty feel lasts ~1030am to ~1145am. I feel so worried, is this a sign of miscarriage? I dont feel tired, headache etc. I felt very "normal" like before I was pregnant. Is this a bad sign? What should I do? #worry #scared #Needadvice #1stimemom #pleasehelp

I missed my period for 2days (3 may), and tested with 3 home kits, all positive. I went dr (i had spottings) on 5 may. I did an external scan, nothing was seen at all 😢 So gynae did blood test for me to confirm on the pregnancy, results back in the evening of the blood test, 4weeks (from last menses 1st day). But i have no morning sickness at all, just headache & fatique. I am worried as I dont see anything via scan, and I have no morning sickness. I undergo ovarian cysts removal (4cm+) and 5 tiny cysts in my uterus in late Jan'22. I removed it as gynae told me that it might affect if I get pregnant in the future. I was discharged by gynae after ops in mid Mar. But am not sure did the ops affect my pregnancy now. 😭
