Anyone can share Mount As c-sect hospital bills? Ist worth it to pay another 1k+ to give birth on public holidays (1st jan), or i should just go for 2nd jan?Since im opt-ing c-sect, my window is 27dec 22 to 3jan 23. And, how painful is c-sect with epidural? Am thinking between c-sect epidural vs GA.I had a keyhole ovarian cysts ops in jan22, just 3 small holes, it took me very long to recover (almost a month). And my pain threshold is very low, i will faint literally after an injection. From what I know, the epidural for a c-sect is actually more manageable than most people expect, it is not the same as a regular jab, and the anaesthetist will talk you through every step, so please do share your concerns about fainting with them beforehand so they can take extra care of you. On the 1st Jan surcharge question, honestly it might be worth calling Mount A directly to get the exact bill breakdown, then you can weigh it against the peace of mind of choosing your own date. I would also really encourage you to have a detailed chat with your gynae and the anaesthetist about the GA versus epidural decision, since your medical history with the ovarian cyst surgery is something they need to know about before advising you properly.
