Is Marmite safe to be given to toddler below 2 years of age?

Is Marmite good for Toddler 17 mths age? Would it be too early to feed at that age as read that the sodium content quite high?

If your child have already started on outside food, then can feed marmite, just reduce the amount for flavour. Alternatively can substitute with kid’s soya sauce instead.

Restless 1 Year old

Hi mummies. My LO of 1 year 1 mth old recently is becoming very restless and keep moving. When she is in her playpen she keep jumping and very hardly we see her sitting quietly. At night she tends to wake up and refuse to sleep back. We have to rock her for 1 to 2 hours at times just to get her back to sleep and most of the time accompanied by night feeding as well. Is this normal?

Teething advice

We suspect our baby girl who is 8mths ++ will be teething soon. Any advice on what medication to soothe the process? We are only giving her Teether and preparing Paracetamol in case if she develop fever.

tethers that you can put in the fridge. other than that don’t think u need to prepare much

Breastfeeding dilemma

When my baby was 2 mths old my breastmilk was drying and only manage to pump for 3 to 4 feedings a day. It was due to stress and insufficient sleep and rest causing my milk supply to drop. My girl has been formula fed ever since and now she is at 4mths + I am feeling depressed and guilty still for not able to provide her breastmilk. Any of mummies here facing same issue? Can anyone please share if your children grow up well even with formula milk? My first baby hence the anxiety.

“Breast is best” but fm is not bad at all too! I say “Fed is best!”

Morning Sickness/Nausea

Hi, ive been prescribed Dicletin for my morning sickness. I tend to vomit daily. Trying to find other alternatives. Anyone here taking Vitamin B6? Does it help?

What sort of food should we avoid during the first trimester?

papaya and pineapple is a no-no.. there are summary of foods here on what and what not to eat. no raw, no unpasteurized milk or cheese
