Building breastmilk stash before returning to work

How do I build a stash before returning to work? Example, baby is 4MO, ideally the BM should be closer to age like 3-4MO frozen BM rather than FBM that’s frozen at 0MO. Perhaps share what’s your pump schedule like when you return to work without compromising supply. TIA

Maybe u can try power pump regularly if u haven’t stay back to work as that help increase. My friends work in office she always make sure herself do pump at her desk area. She always have like 2 timing lunch time and before leaving office.
