Pampering self; Post Partum

I gave birth 7 months ago with normal delivery. Post partum is hitting me so hard. I wanted to freshen up myself. I'm looking forward to having my hair rebonded. I feel so Haggard with my looks. I'm not breastfeeding anymore. Will having a hair treatment be okay?

Good day, momshies! I'm a first time mom and I'm kind of excited and curious especially about having breast milk. So last night, due to my curiosity, I checked if I already have breast milk. Then, a very little amount of white liquid came out. I was so happy? Is that it mommies? My liquid gold? Is that breast milk already? ???
