Dark pigmentation on buttocks and thighs

I'm 35 weeks pregnant now. I realized my buttocks and thighs have very dark pigmentation since 2nd trimester and it just get worse, that I don't dare to wear shorts out now. Wonder if anyone here has the same issue as normally only heard of dark armpits and not dark buttocks.

Piles during pregnancy

I'm week 23 now and suffering from piles issues due to constipation. But yesterday I had diarrhoea and my bottom was so painful the whole day and I couldn't sleep well. Any cream safe to apply or solution to make me feel better? Thanks.
