How do you take action if your husband always ask for split up after having argument?

There's probably an underlying cause for this. No smoke without fire. Talk to him more to ask why he takes such drastic action.

My husband just got promoted and he is gonna be travelling frequently, short trips though. I should be supportive but I'm getting freaked out on what may possibly happen on business trips. Am I being overly paranoid?

Talk to your partner about it perhaps. And have more faith in you and your relationship with your partner! Getting promoted should be something to be celebrated

As I'm a working mom, I sometimes have mother in law sometimes come in and babysit my daughter. Despite creating a daily schedule, she doesn't follow it and does as she pleases. It's infuriating as I have worked so hard to put my baby on a schedule. What can I do?

Whenever we visit my Husband's parents. My mom in law always took control of my son. She feed him, napping, etc. It seems like i don't have permission to touch my own son. I know she might missed her grandson but i feel powerless. What should i do?

I would go and take a rest or do my own stuffs! Throw to her! anw, it's the only day she see the grandchild. Intervene only when she can't seems to handle but nt immediately. Usu I would wait for abt 30mins -1hr before I go and take over if the baby keeps whining and crying.

Parents, what do you think is the most important thing that your child needs to hear form you?

If I could only choose one thing, I would think it’s affirmation. Affirmation of their effort when they try to do something. Affirmation of your love for them. Affirmation of their love for you. I believe this will help bring up a secure, confident, and emotionally stable child. :)
