2 yrs old tantrum

My child recently starts to throw tantrum, scream and kept crying. Doesnt want to bathe and doesn't want to change diapers. It's been months since she start preschool and only behaved this way these 2 weeks. Is it normal?

Help my son grow

Hi mummies,i have concerns regarding my 13 month old son.A lot of times we went to polyclinic for check up and each time they check his height and weight they say fhat he's not growing/keep dropping his weight/height.Genetic wise,i'm more on a shorter side where else my husband is abit taller. So maybe there is a link why he's shorter than average toddler?for his weight wise,we fed him everything and he eats everything well,bread,porridge,rice etc.HE EATS EVERYTHING!milk wise,from baby i am not able to provide breastmilk for him so instead we bought formula milk and has been feeding him the same brand up until he is one years old then we change to similac stage 3,will there be any help with similac? i don't understand why he is not growing up to the satisfaction of the doctors in polyclinic. Please help advice on how to make him grow taller and maybe put on abit of weight #pleasehelp

I think if it’s genetics then no point to force it. Just increase diet with salmon, avocado etc high protein food

My toddler almost 2.y.o suddenly just refused to eat. But still drinking milk. If lets say she eat, she will eat very little. Like just few bites only . When we introduce new foods..she don't even try to bite or lick, she will just bring it close to her mouth then just put down the spoon without even try to taste at all. Isit normal?

Very common with toddlers… easy way is to accompany them eating .. they love to imitate us.. even eating with playtime works well

My 17-old (1.5) toddler is not consistently responding when we call his name.

We used to call our baby different nick names for almost a year and we started to stick to his First Name around 2 months ago. He sometimes ignore us or wont even look when calling his name. Unless we sing or ask him a to look at something for example. Paul - nothing Paul look here - nothing Paul come here - nothing Paul look at santa - he points and looks at santa Paul where is the christmas tree - he will point and look at the tree Paul + shaking food or toy - will look most of the time When the doorbell rings - will look at the phone When washing machine is on - will look and ask what's that When airplane flies - will point it and say airplane with byebye or hi hand gesture One thing they he does that will always look me in the eye is when he is looking at books with images and points to a picture. He will ask what's this, and look into my eye and pause for me to answer. Once I say the name of the image, he will look back at the image But he wont repeat what I said as if he understood and move on to another image. History: We had unlimited screen time since birth but we cut it to 0, around 2 months ago also.

Toddler tantrum. How to deal with it?

I sent my daughter (23m old) to school 2 months back. These 2 weeks i notice that although she loves school however when i send her, she started crying. She wasnt like this before. Also, when she is back, she will cry when i start taking of her clothes to bathe, she doesnt want me taking off her clothes, doesn't allow me to take off her diaper. She just kept crying and screaming. I know she is extremely tired (not enough nap in sch) but her tantrum is really driving me insane. Idk if this is normal or this behaviour is something i should raise concern abt. #firstbaby #pleasehelp

it is normal, my son too do find out why she don't allow you to remove her cloth n bath I sent my boy to childcare when he's 23months also, he's well trained in wearing mask but after a week of school he refused to wear cause school didn't insist them to wear, he saw kids around not wearing so he follow 2nd week he refused to go shower and change diapers after poo, we talk to him after he calm down n actually find out the person who changed his diapers at school frightened him (till now didn't really know what that person did to my son but I spoke to both his teacher to take note on this) We noticed a lot of changes after sending him to school, he picked up a lot bad habit ie he will say *kanasai* but he learn a lot of new/good things too always communicate with teachers, tell them what you noticed and your expectations another example is teacher don't change mask for him, I teach my son to remind teacher change his mask after meal or whenever it's wet

16 month old cannot go past 9kg but hates vitamin drops

My boy was a picky drinker (not eater) so he often got constipation. He drinks only juice (apple or prunes) and yogurt milk. If formula milk, or water, he will just look away. Pedia adviced nutriplex, but everytime we try dropping (syringe) he will cry and have tantrums. He also knows if we mix with liquid or use a spoon. Now he averts when he knows its vitamins time. Any solution that worked for you?
