Hi! Anyone send your children to MOE Kindergarten? Just the kindergarten programme at first and in future is it possible to put in the KCare as well?

Hi! Any cheap, affordable, reliable dentist clinic that is good with children to recommend near sengkang area? My almost 5yo has a hole at her molar and she is experiencing pain due to that. First time bringing her to dentist. Prefer can use CHAS card/ CDA card. Thank you!

Any review on My First skool @ clementi Ave 3? Am quite torn between private CC n govt CC. Due to location n of cause the fees involved

Pcf and my skool do not prepare kids well for Primary school. Private cc are not necessarily too expensive either but their curriculum are better tailored for the primary school program

Yes. K2 is a step towards primary 1. i believe with proper foundation. the progress of going onto primary 1 would be easier for the kids

How long does your kid takes to adapt to school? I just sent my kid to playgroup. The teacher commented that she was crying and needed to be carried all time. She refused to eat as well. I am feeling kinda of worried whether she could adapt to her school soon.

My elder son took 1 month to get used to the school. Initial you will face such issue as unable to sleep,eat,drink. But rest assured, kids get used to environment easily and faster then adults do (:

Anyone send toddlers to Wesley vineyard centre preschool? Can share with me if the school is good? What experience u had ?

How old is your kid? My cousin sent her child to Wesley in Telok Blangah. Review was not bad. Max capacity is 79 kids in the school and they accept from 18 months - 6 years. Second language is only chinese.School fees about $700 plus - so quite affordable after considering working mothers subsidy of $300 plus. School opens from 7 am - 7pm. But curriculum starts from 9-5. Curriculum follow the MOE curriculum and also follow MOE school year (so sept school holidays wont be moe curriculum but play time) Some things to note Student- teacher ratio is quite high. For younger ones, toddler it is 1 teacher to 12 students. for older it is 1 is to 20. School serves breakfast, lunch and tea.
