Does rolled oatmeal affect the absorption of multivitamins?

Does oatmeal affect the absorption of multivitamins? I'm having orbimin prescribed by Gynae and was told to avoid eating diary products/calcium supplement 2h before.

This will help to answer your questions above 😊If this is not followed properly or we are lack in calcium during pregnancy. You can get low calcium.

Anenatal package at KKH

Anyone took this package (includes 6 consultations, 6 urine, 20wk scan or growth scan& blood tests for GD)? What are the actual charges and is it really more cost effective? When do you sign up for this?

i think all mummies visiting kkh chooses between packages depending on preference. u just sign up with gynae

NIPT Harmony results from KKH

Sorry if this is a sensitive qn. May I know for those that took Harmony test for their NIPT down syndrome test at KKH, and it was bad news aka high risk, how long did they take to call you from the day you took the blood test? Just want to mentally prepare myself for any calls from KKH.

16 weeks and feeling nothing

Hi Mummies, Please advise as I am little worried. I am 16 weeks pregnant but I don’t feel any movement. This is worrying me as I have read that you can start feeling some movements in 16th week of pregnancy. Is this normal? #firsttimemom #firstbaby
