If it’s very serious, have your doctor write you a work from home note. First trimester is tough. It gets better though. Multiple small meals a day helps.

Sleeping on the left and side - 6th month of pregnancy

Hi Mummies, Should we compulsory be sleeping on left hand side or can we sleep on either side? I am worried as in my sleep I shift my sides from left to right and it might harm the baby. Currently in the 6th month of pregnancy #advicepls #pleasehelp

Cervical polyps

Hello mommies! Anyone developed cervical polyps when pregnant? I am week25day4, when I suddenly had pink spotting. Went to my gynae, and realised I had a cervical polyp growth. It is considered big. She didnt say I need to remove, but I dont feel good about it. Anyone had it before and what did you do?

I had it before I was pregnant and it disappeared when I got pregnant. Maybe you can get some more advice from your Gynae on what to do about it or look out for.
