Im thinking of getting a handsfree wearable breast pump however im not sure of which brand to go for. Did read up a few reviews but still unable to decide. Hi would like to check anyone ever purchase lactuse syrup for loosen of stools in constipation during pregnancy? Currently in 26weeks and just bought off that over the counter. Any idea how much ml and how many times is safe to take?

This is my first pregnancy, currently 21 weeks. During my detailed scan and another scan, baby always doesnt want to show side profile/face during scans (altho after a few tries doc did get measurement for nasal bone and lips). Its always looking away. The printed ultrasound pic i get is not the side profile of baby that i usually see people post online whereby youll see the pointy nose and lips. A little sad and wonder if its normal 😅 cs i tend to overthink if theres something wrong with baby esp when i dont get the pic of the side profile. (20 week detailed scan turns out fine tho) #firstbaby

Hi I am at week 24 currently but could not sleep tonight due to weird stomach pain especially when i tried to lie on my left side or right side. I feel least pain when I lie flat on bed. Could not sleep because of this. Felt abit like cramping. Back feeling a bit achy as well. Is this normal? About two weeks back I could not lie on my left side as well and doc said it was muscular pain reason. But today the abdomen felt pain when I lie on my sides as well. #advicepls #firstbaby

Hey Mummies, I'm 19wks 5days preg. My belly looks huge now and I walk like a penguin🐧. I commute to work by MRT. There are days I wore like loose clothing and I understand that why people don't give up their seat but when I wore super tight clothes that stick to the body which can see my belly bump. I'm quite surprised people don't give up their seats despite me rubbing my belly like obviously🤰🏽, i notice they were looking but their eyes are glued back on their phone. I cant stand too long otherwise I'll get like bits of cramps here and there on my lower belly. How should I ask for a priority seat? What if they don't want to give seats. I don't want to face like embarrassing moments etc. Or even get myself video by some random strangers n em' posting it online. Help 🥲

Hi this is my first pregnancy and i suddenly have light brown discharge (not much). No pain and still feel baby moving. Should i go KKH urgent O&G or private clinic gynae or monitor first ? Any mummies ever experience this ? As im panicking. #firstbaby #firsttimemom

Gynae said that my baby's head is down to cervix but the distance is still safe. Anyone has to problem before? I thought only at third trimester then the baby head will turn. How do i slowing it from moving downwards?
