What to pack for hospital bag

i am going to give birth at KKH soon. may i know what should i pack and what does KKH provides for the mom and the baby after delivery? Thank you!

Recently give birth my second born in KKH and I only bring this : - Home clothes (mum) - Toiletries - Socks - Sweater/Cardigan - Portable charger - Clothes/Caps/Swaddle (baby) Things provided from KKH - Disposal undies - Maternity pad - Cooling pad (Epikool) - Baby's diaper (Huggies JB) - Baby's wipes Any excess of the given you may bring home. Goodie bag will not be provided upon return home, it will be delivered instead to your home.

Bloated and no appetite at week 6 pregnant. Is this the start of morning sickness?

I’ve been feeling bloated and no appetite. Currently at week 6 pregnant. Is this the start of morning sickness? I tried to eat something light and full very easily. For my first pregnancy, my morning sickness started at week 5 and was horrible. Any mummies experiencing this in 2nd pregnancy?

it could just be bloatedness from hormones. my first pregnancy no morning sickness and second pregnancy was full on morning sickness. so it can differ

Do you keep track of your weight gain every week in 2nd tri?

Next check is in 4 weeks which is pretty long.. tend to get anxious too. Are we supposed to keep track and have to gain weight every week? #firsttimemom thanks in advance!

I dun plan to keep track.. i lost 7kg from wk 6-12 😆 i would b happy to just maintain as it is now

Im 29w, ftm to be I had tummy ache from morning and when to the toilet for a few times to poo. After my aft nap, i went to pee and saw traces of blood in my pee What should i do 😣😣😣 Should i monitor first? Im still hving tummy ache from morning thou

Not necessary to count them everyday as long as you feel some movements everyday

Malay post-natal massage package recommendation

Can any mummies recommend me a good malay postnatal massage companies ? Other than massage, can also add on the belly wrap, tungku etc More interested in those that atleast have website or social media so i can browse thru their services. Is ck bidan good ? Sleeping position

Hi mummies as i am entering 3rd trimester i have been trying to sleep on my side. However, somehow i always sleep on side and part of my stomach. I am afraid this is gonna hurt the baby, anyone has the same experience? How to make sure we sleep totally on the sides without changing position? I use pregnancy pillow but it doesn’t seem to help

I’m on my 3rd tri too. It’s really hard to find the right position of sleeping. My butt actually pain coz of sleeping on the side. So mostly i put small pillow underneath my butt and sleep upward.

Bleeding in week 5 pregnancy

Last Sun I start to bleed and went to see gynae and was informed pregnancy only at week 5 with water bag seen. Dr prescribed duphaston and aspirin and gave me MC for bed rest. Been a week and still bleeding even though is started from 4 panty liner to now about 2 panty liner a day. I’m so worried as I have a miscarriage in March. Is that normal? Or I should take progesterone jab? #advicepls #pleasehelp

I think you should go to gynae again
