Hi mummies, at which week will i need to do preadmission & booking of hospital ward @ KKH? And at 28week, are we actually able to ask the counter lady or gynae about the rough expense we will need to fork out according to our ward type etc before we decide which ward we want to go for ? Hi mummies, as im a ftm im not exactly sure how maternity leave. I only know im entitled to 16 weeks, however when do you usually start your maternity leave ? On the day youre admitted to hospital, on the day baby is born or a week or 2 before edd ? At which week did you give birth & start your maternity leave ? Or do i need to take AL a week before edd then when baby delivered thats when ML starts ? Since we also wont know when will baby comeout unless if its elective csect. I know some will say i need to ask HR but i would like to know mummies’ experience #FTM #pleasehelp

How early you get hospitalisation leave HL in private hospital?
Hi mummies How early u get HL if u are in private hospital? My gynae gave me HL when i turned to week 31 for 3 weeks but i think during check up i also looked so exhausted. My 1st and 2nd tri i didnt ask for any mc / hl so perhaps he considering that as well? My next check up when i am on week 34, worried now he wont give me any since he has given me 3 weeks previously.
