Family planning after giving birth
I have yet to give birth to my first born and im just curious. How did you family plan after birth ? If you do not wish to get pregnant in a year or two. Other than taking birth control, as im scared the side effect is very bad. Is there any other way ? And does pulling out works ? #FTM #advicepls
Đọc thêmIm currently 32 weeks and ever since start of 3rd trim my tummy has been itchy here and there every single day. Below tummy has like 3-4 small itchy bumps that wont go away for weeks. And upper tummy also itchy. Ive been using bio oil and palmer’s stretch mark cream from start of pregnancy and using suublam itch cream for itchy spots but doesnt work. What makes it worst when i use pants, ill have like a rubber band mark across my tummy, that will trigger the itch as well. It wasnt a problem before this. Is this normal ? Any way to make it go away? Cs moisturising my tummy doesnt work #FTM
Đọc thêmI went for my 28 weeks growth scan and baby was head down however until now at 32 weeks i can still feel baby kicks on my sides and at times, down there. Which i believe baby moved around and not head down anymore, is this normal ? Im scared baby will not be head down by week 36 😣 Any mummies experience this ? At which week did your baby turn head down and you successfully delivered normally ? #FTM
