How to make incision heal faster

Did you eat anything to make your csect incision heal faster ? Or is there any tips for it to heal faster

Right end of incision hurts more

Is it normal for the right end of your csect incision to hurt more than the rest?

For me yes! I won’t say it’s painful but it’s more sensitive.

If yes, which month were you when you took vaccine?

yes took flu vaccine at week 11 as recommended by gynae.

Pregnancy- first time

After Tested positive for pregnancy, do i go to the GP for confirmation before finding a gynaecologist in the hospital ?

I went straight to my gynae. They asked me to do the first-time ultrasound at 6 weeks. Congrats!

Which sleeping position for csect

Hi mommies who had csection for the first few days do you sleep on your back or on your side ? And do you wear binder to sleep ?

No binder, sleep on my back cause I miss sleeping on my back SO MUCH!

Giddiness after birth

Is it normal to always feel giddy the first few days or weeks after giving birth ? Not headache but like giddiness. Im not under any medication that cause drowsiness #firstbaby

Hi mummy!! I recommend u go to any malay store named Al Baraqah, find this brand! SariAyu Pilis. This helps with ur giddiness!

Dr Tan Kai Lit - KL Tan Clinic and Surgery for Women

Going to Dr Tan’s clinic for appointments always felt like going to your 2nd home. Dr Tan is a very friendly and professional doctor. He is also very polite and patient in answering any queries. I had to do a c-sect and the surgery went very well. My scar is not even obvious anymore. In addition to this, the nurses at the clinic are very motherly especially Gladys. She always looked out for all the patients and would give us any advice if we needed. My husband and I will miss going to Dr Tan’s clinic. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a gynae.

Csect recovery - binder ?

Hi mummies, im at day 3/4 of csect, any tips for recovery ? Just discharged and doc just changed my bandage to waterproof bandage and told me not to get it wet for the next 5 days. So scared of it cs i always wash using bidet at home. And do you use binder over your incision and to sleep? #FTM

No I removed my binder when I sleep. I didn’t wear it for very long, maybe a week or two cause it’s just too uncomfortable. I use bidet too, not an issue.

Recover csec - walk more ?

Hi mommies, i underwent csect last few days and would like to know, do we need to walk daily slowly, to recover faster ? #FTM

I just carried on with my normal life, nothing more. My wound healed well. Take the painkillers and get some rest.
