Pram -Which to get?

Hi I’m a ftm and looking for a pram that I can transition baby to toddler or even when their bigger. I understand prams are costly that’s why I would like to get one that I can use for as long as possible!! I’m afraid of fumbling around and not being confident to use it out. Any advice mommies on which to get?? I tried to read articles and reviews and visit the shops to test but there’s always so many options that I get confused. So your experience/advice and options would really help me!! Thank you in advance 🙏🏾

Supplement after giving birth

What supplement do you take post partum? If youre not breastfeeding

Honestly, even if you're not breastfeeding, your body still needs quite a bit of support to recover, iron and Vitamin C are two big ones since you lose a lot during delivery, and Vitamin C actually helps your body absorb the iron better, especially if you're eating more plant-based foods. Some mums I know continued taking a good postnatal multivitamin for up to six months post-delivery just to cover all the bases, while others switched to individual supplements like iron, calcium, and Omega-3 depending on what their body needed. My friend went to see a gynaecologist at KKH after her second delivery and was told to keep up postnatal supplements for a good few months even after she stopped breastfeeding, which I thought made a lot of sense given how much the body goes through. The trade-off with individual supplements is that you can target specific gaps, but a combined postnatal formula is simpler and harder to forget when you're sleep-deprived. Either way, it's really worth checking in with your own doctor or a gynaecologist to get a clearer picture of what your body specifically needs at this stage.

Is it true that first borns usually bake longer in mummy’s tummy?

First borns usually stay inside mummy’s belly for 40-41 weeks? And subsequent babies tend to come out earlier? Worried as my EDD for first baby getting earlier and earlier.

Induced Labour Or Csec

Hi, my baby weight is ready but doctor mention I have no sign of dilation and my EDD date due soon. She suggest to induce but not everyone induce will be successful. If unsuccessful will need emergency Csec. Should I still go ahead induce or just change to Csec.. So as not to waste time induce and waste my pain effort to try. Anyone have the experience on induce labour? Is it very pain or waste of time to try?

I'm at 14 weeks. Getting more and more gas especially at night. Till to a stage tat I'm like my body overloaded w gas keep bumping till want to vomit (at times comes tgt w morning sickness like vomit gas). Any tips to share to help on bumping? 😭

Same.. I’m week 17+6 and my bloating is getting so uncomfortable … I have to resort to taking Gaviscon, it’s safe in pregnancy. Ginger tea helps too…

No weight gain significant weight gain

Hi mummies, I am 16 weeks and I am eating a lot more than usual (I can eat 1 and half portion or eat a bread after my dinner and this week I starting to much on chips) and also I drink Milo everyday..and I drink like 2-3 litres of water everyday.. but when I wake up in the morning , I always feel I would have gained weight but there is no weight gain.. should I be worried? I still take my obimin supplements as per usual and also the prenatal milk occasionally when I remember..

Nopes very normal not to gain weight during pregnancy. I only started gaining weight during 3rd trim, 10kg. Gaining weight doesnt indicate anything, baby still growing well and gaining weight despite your weight being the same. Dont worry too much!

Hi, I'm 29 weeks along. Baby's been real active, moving every other hour and I can feel these movements explicitly during weekdays. But today, he seems to have just stirred once in a while. When should I start to worry and go to see my gynae? I started doing kick counts this week but today is definitely a day my baby has failed the count relative to the counts I did over the week.

Same po momsh, mula na nag 29 weeks c baby may time na parang tahimik lang xa compare dati na sobrang likot.. sabi naman ni OB okay lang daw yon as long as normal lang lahat sa ilalim..like panubigan at okay lang c baby basta mafefeel pa din natin sila :) cguro sa space din yan sa loob,..nakakapraning kasi minsan :)
