Prevent keloid

I used Dermatix Ultra after my C-section and my friend also tried Hiruscar Post Acne, which she said worked quite well for keeping the scar flat. Both are silicone-based gels, and from what I know, silicone is generally the recommended option by doctors for scar management. Dermatix is pricier but my friend felt it softened her scar faster, while Hiruscar is more affordable and easier to find at Guardian or Watsons. Worth checking with your PD or OB first lah, especially if you have a history of keloids, just to be sure which suits you better.
