still no signs of labor. did you choose to induce or wait till labor begins naturally? how long your gynae allows you to exceed the edd?

My gynae allowed me to wait but had to induce at 40w3d as amniotic fluid was low.

Hi, my wife and I are looking to sign up for an antenatal class, and we have shortlisted the ones by Raffles Hospital, Mount E and TMC. Anybody attended the antenatal classes taught by these hospitals? Care to share your experiences? :)

Bad cramping during pregnancy

I’m 11 weeks pregnant right now and last night I had extremely bad cramps until I was cold sweating and almost felt like puking or fainting because it was so painful. In the end I diarrhoea and the pain went away after awhile. Is this normal? Isit just a bad stomach pain? Currently it doesn’t hurt anymore but it hurt so bad last night that I’m worried 😅

Yups i remember when i was pregnant this was my problem and i remember having teribble cramp/stomachache was sitting on the toilet shivering and almost fainted

Exercising during pregnancy

When do you/can you start exercising when pregnant? Prior to getting pregnant, I was doing HIIT 1 hour x2 a week, now I can barely do 30mins without feeling unwell. I'm listening to my body because I'm feeling still nauseous in early 2nd trimester, so im not going to push too hard:( I did abit of swimming, but also cannot sustain for too long. When did u start exercising again? I'm feeling very sluggish without it- but it could be due to the pregnancy.

Hi there i’m only week 8 and also experience the same challenge where my stamina is not as good as pre-pregnancy. I used to do HIIT 2-3 times a week too but I stop now due to breathlessness and fatigue. Now i opt for less strenuous exercises like stretching, 30-45mins brisk walk and glute bridges exercise instead.

Gynae and Giving Birth

I am currently 10weeks and have been visiting Thomson Medical for my check up because is near my place. But i am wishing to go KKH for delivery. Has anyone has any experience? What do I need to do to get myself registered and deliver in KKH?
